1. Do you design your own plans?

A. Yes, we design, build and test all our plans. You will see real full size templates and illustration
and even photos of completed projects.

2. Do you do custom projects?

A. Yes, we do from time to time produce many types of products that we create FULL SIZE Plans
for, however many of the one of a kind or custom products are sold to companies that wish to market
them privately under there own label. We have supplied some were close to 900 designs over a 30+
year period.

3. Do you have more designs available then are shown on the Web Site?

A. Yes, we have many designs available, presently were considering cataloging and displaying these on
the web, however this will take some time. If your looking for something special just ask. I have several
company's nation wide that have copy's and can sell them direct to you.

4. Are your products Copyright Protected?

A. Yes, and No..some of our products are copyright protected, some not. We only protect those plans that
have the most value to us.

5. Do you have FREE Sample Plans?

A. Yes, if your organization is in dire need of plans please feel free to ask. We like to contribute to many
worth while organizations. All we ask in most cases that you send us your request by mail on your company
or organizations letter head. If shipping cost are involved we will let you know in advance.

6. Do you have FREE Download Plans Available?

A. Yes there are some available that I have collected over the years, and there FREE for the asking. We plan
to make them available on the web site in the coming months. Ask us and we can send you a list of these offerings.
I have in most cases no knowledge of there origin or authors. Those plans have come to us via customer request
for custom wood. Some plans have no cost involved with them, some may have. It will be your responsibility to find
out if the true owners require compensation for there work.

7. Do you manufacture custom Wood Products by request?

A. Yes, all the time. We have a complete wood manufacturing and custom wood working shop here on long island,
however we no longer have a retail show room for customers to pop in. We are not in the RETAIL woodworking business
and have no interest in such work. Mass production of products is not something were in the market to do. We do however
have a steady client base that we make a continuous supply of Arbors, Post Caps, Adirondack Chairs, Custom Cedar Planters,
Custom Wood Screen Doors, Window Screens, Privacy Screens, and Custom Cedar Gates. If you or your business desires

8. Can you sell volume orders of your Woodworking Plans and Designs?

A. Sometimes, you would have to contact us in advance to let me know your requirements. I have from time to time sold
products and designs in bulk, and we have sold our rights to many designs. Just depends.

9. Do you drop ship your products?

A. Sometimes, were not in the drop shipping business, however there are some folks over the years that we have been
willing to work with and help them out. So you can ask and we will discuss this.

10. Will you work with a small business owner or private person trying to design and build a product for market?

A. Yes, if you have a new product in mind were always happy to discuss this. I will be happy to meet with you, and sign
a confidential working agreement to protect your interest.
